PRESS RELEASE

 

Preferred On-Site Parking is once again being offered for this year’s annual Hudson Valley Garlic Festival, which takes place the weekend of October 1 & 2.  It is the only onsite parking available, located within the confines of the Cantine Veterans Memorial Complex.

For the economical price of just $10.00 per vehicle, per day, affords you the opportunity to park within the venue grounds, only a few hundred feet from the Festival entry booth on Small World Avenue.  Save the hassle of taking the shuttle buses or walking varying distances from satellite parking lots.

Additionally, On-Site RV Parking is also available, along with both electrical and water hook-ups.

There are a number of convenient ways to purchase your advance sale Preferred On-Site Parking Pass, as follows.

When purchasing your Garlic Festival Admission Ticket in advance, on line, at http://hvgf.org/ there is an optional link, which brings you directly to the webpage to make your online Preferred On-Site Parking Pass purchase.

Purchases can additionally be made in-person at the Kiwanis Ice Arena Box Office, during regular Ice Arena operating hours.

You must make your advance purchase by September 30, 2016, 1:00pm, provided space is still available, as there is a limit to the maximum number of vehicles the premium parking lot can accommodate, therefore, availability is on a first come, first served basis.

Day of Sale On-Site Parking Tickets will be available ONLY if tickets remain and shall be available for purchase at the entrance gate to the On-Site Parking Lot until sold out.

As in the past, free parking will still be available in the off-site satellite parking lots and shuttle buses will be running between the off-site lots and the festival site.  Additionally, there is a walking trail, from Orange Parking Lot (Mike Krout Road) to the festival grounds.
